Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference automatically.
What counts as a pageview?
Every page load or client-side navigation that sends a tracking event. API calls, bot traffic, and Puppeteer-based crawls are excluded automatically.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — every new account starts with a 7-day free trial (10,000 events, no credit card required) so you can explore datakant before choosing a paid plan.
Where is my data hosted?
All data is hosted on EU infrastructure (Hetzner, Germany). We never transfer personal data outside the EU. GDPR compliance is built into every layer of the stack.
What happens if I exceed my pageview limit?
We will notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. If you go over, tracking continues for the remainder of the billing cycle and we will recommend an upgrade. We never drop your data without warning.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel from your account settings and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
